When considering all applicants, we take into account both the suitability of our educational program for the prospective student and the availability of space within the class. Subject to availability of places, applicants can be admitted throughout the year till class size approach the maximum. Merit is the sole criterion for admission.

ADMISSION PROCESS

Registration

Parents wishing to admit a child should first register for an admission test by completing the admission form at the school office and taking an appointment for the test and interview. The class for which child will be tested is determined based on the child's age as on 31st July. Students are admitted to the school only if there is a vacancy at the relevant grade level.

Admission Test and Interview

For admissions in Reception Level, an informal individual assessment test is taken combined with an interview with the parents. Candidates for admission in Grade 1 onward are tested in three subjects - English, Science and Mathematics. Registration and testing does not automatically imply admission acceptance.

Parents of successful candidates will be asked to submit the following documents to the Admission Office:
  • Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • 4 recent passport size photographs
  • Progress Reports from last school
  • School Leaving Certificate and Character Certificate from last institution attended

IMPORTANT: Please read the Fee Policy

When this procedure is complete the child’s name will be entered in the admission register and the student may join his/her class. The School will provide a list of books, stationery Items and notebooks.
